We have tailored, age-appropriate sessions for both Kids (Ages 7-11) and Teens (Ages 12-17).
This half-term starter course is specifically designed for absolute beginners.
No prior gymnastics, dance, or circus background required!
WHAT THEY WILL LEARN:
• Aerial Silks, Hammick & Hoop: Learn to climb, wrap, invert, and spin safely in the air.
• Functional Fitness: Build full-body strength, core stability, and flexibility.
• Confidence & Community:
Make new friends in a supportive, zero-judgment envi nent.

FAQ:
• Do they need to be strong already? Not at all! Building strength is exactly what this course is for.
• What happens after the 5 weeks? They will confidently progress straight into our regular Level 1 youth or teen classes for the rest of the term.
DETAILS & TIMINGS:
• Duration: 5 consecutive weeks (1-hour sessions)
• Location: Elevate Studios Aerial Arts Academy, 6
Murphy Road, Taradale
• Investment: $35/class for 5 weeks
• Kids Class Time (Ages 7-11):
Tuesdays at 3:30 PM
• Teens Class Time (Ages 12-17):
Mondays at 4.30pm
