🌟 What an unforgettable evening at our PSC development meet on October 10th! 🌊✨ The weather was perfect, and the energy was electric as our swimmers took to the pool! 🏊‍♂️💨

🎉 We kicked off the night with thrilling 25m races for our newer swimmers, followed by jaw-dropping performances from our senior competitors in the 50m, 100m, and 100m Individual Medley (IM) events.

🏅 We saw a whopping **58 personal bests** smashed, with many swimmers coming in just 2 seconds off their previous times! 🥳 A couple of swimmers shattered their PB by over **6 seconds**! Talk about a successful night! 🙌🔥

Huge thanks to our Fulton swimmers for their amazing participation—we hope you had as much fun as we did! 🎊 New competitors, we hope you loved the experience!

Shoutout to the HAQ - Hamilton Aquatics NZ team and Devyn from Thames Amateur Swimming Club for joining the fun! We hope you snagged some great PBs too! 🍀

A special thanks to our amazing officials and timekeepers—you had the best seat in the house and helped our swimmers record their times. We also appreciate John for stepping in to announce the events. From September 27th to October 1st, the Swimming New Zealand Short Course Championships took place at the impressive new Parakiore Metro Sports Centre in Christchurch.
Swimmers from clubs across the Waikato region, along with participants from other areas and international athletes, showcased their talents and posted remarkable times.

This success would not have been possible without the dedicated officials who officiated the national meet. A heartfelt thank you goes to the Swimming Waikato regional officials: Ed Hardie, Carly Mills, Kazuko Tapper, Jamie Shields, Gavin Ion, and Donna Hayworth, for their generous support and the time they invested in making this event truly special. Your contributions have made a significant difference in our swimming community!
