As we prepare for our competition this week, it really highlights just how much we rely on the incredible support of our families who volunteer to keep the club running so smoothly.
A heartfelt thank you to all of our volunteers at Capital Gymnastics, and in particular to our Committee, for the many hours they dedicate behind the scenes—your efforts do not go unnoticed.
We would also like to give a special thank you to Amy Kilpatrick for the countless volunteer hours she contributes to the club. Your dedication and generosity make a significant difference, and we are truly grateful.

Our team had an amazing competition and came home with an incredible number of placings:
