Juni är här – och det betyder sommar!
Med sommaren kommer lite justeringar i schemat. Från och med vecka 25 (midsommarveckan) går vi över till vårt sommarschema, som gäller fram till vecka 34.
Det innebär att vissa pass och tider kan förändras, så håll ett extra öga på appen för att inte missa något.
Träningen tar inte semester – vi fortsätter att köra hårt hela sommaren!
Vecka 35 är vi tillbaka med höstterminen och fullt schema igen.

Elite Rehab
Physiotherapist and Fysiken CrossFit members’, Josephin and Alexandra will be in the box between 1700 and 1900 tonight.
Take advantage of their presence and expertise.
Ensure all those niggles are addressed before we head into the 3 weeks of CrossFit Open, starting on Saturday 28 February.

På måndag kommer vår fysioterapeut Josefin från Elitrehab att vara i boxen mellan 17-19.
Passa på att ställa alla era frågor om skador, känningar, eller om ni har något annat som hindrar er från att prestera!
Josefin är specialiserad inom idrottsmedicin och är väl insatt i crossfit, dess skador och kravbild, både genom klinisk erfarenhet och eget utövande. Hon jobbar heltid här på Elitrehab, där ett besök vanligtvis bara kostar 200kr och täcks in av högskostnadsskyddet.

We’ve loved hosting Gothenburg Rugby at Fysiken CrossFit for their preseason training, focusing on building strength, resilience, and better movement quality ahead of the upcoming season.
From foundational lifts to efficient movement patterns, it’s all about creating athletes that are strong, durable, and ready for the demands of the game.
