Elevate - The Barbell Club Strength for all. We are a strength and conditioning gym where we conduct private sessions and classes using the basic lifts as your foundation.

Nikhil has just competed in the Commonwealth Championships in Winnipeg, Canada 🇨🇦 He secured 185kg on squats, 137.5kg on bench and 210kg on deadlifts, achieving first place in the M2 U83 category 🎉
