A full-time Chair & Tower Pilates instructor, Bell is passionate about helping others move with strength and confidence. Living with scoliosis herself, she’s experienced firsthand how Pilates can support the body, and now loves sharing that journey with her clients.

Outside the studio, she’s a huge animal lover, a proud CARAT, and always brings her optimistic energy to every class.
