And they are off to the start line 🤩

It’s one of the best 5km race, the day before the marathon. The energy vibes were electrifying and the atmosphere was amazing 🤩
Besides the 5km run they have a 10km event as well, and also on the same day, they have the 11km, 22km and 43km trail races.

The Cape Town Marathon checked all the boxes to be a worthy member of the World Marathon Majors 🤩😍

This concert for all international runners at the Cape Town Marathon has raised the bar for all other WMM. It was an enjoyable evening with an amazing performance from the Ndlovu Youth Choir, and strong African flavours ❤️
This is the way to go for all international events - bring people together over the marathon weekend 🤩

As part of our journey to make a positive difference in the community, Athletes’ Journey is working with the organisers of the Cape Town Marathon to help build up the lives of the kids in the local schools

Despite the slight drizzle and cloudy skies, it was a turn out for the morning shake out run 😍
