Curiosity + 2021 = a whole lot of aerial magic ✨
Meet Jamie (Jamie), who’s been with TFF since day one!

From alleviating back pain to living out real-life anime protagonist energy executing gravity-defying power moves in the air, Jamie proves that the best hobbies are the ones that stick.

Please admire the pure concentration on their faces. 😭

Standard day at the studio: our students giving a truly valiant effort to the mid-air Macarena. You can practically see the brain wheels turning while they try to balance and remember the hand movements at the same time!

Our instructors are always behind the camera hyping them up for their intense focus. 🥹🤍

We love that our space is a place where you can try your hardest, laugh at yourself, and always have a supportive community cheering you on. ✨

The best part of our studio? The pure joy that happens between the poses.✨ Sometimes it’s not about nailing a massive trick, it’s just about feeling weightless, having fun, and enjoying the movement. Look at that smile! 🤎

Come hang out with us this week and find your happy place in the air. Link in bio to book a class! 🦊

Who knew balancing on a steel hoop and remembering the Macarena choreography would require this much teamwork? 😂

Behind every beautiful sequence you see on our grid is a whole lot of giggles, tangled limbs, and our incredible students giving 💯 to the bit.

We love that our space is a place where you can challenge your body, but also just let loose and have pure, unadulterated fun with your studio besties. 😭🤍 How incredibly cute did they do?! 💕🫶🏼

Gravity is heavy, okay? 🥲 Behind every 1 minute flawless video is at least 5 minutes of us contemplating our life choices flat on the mat. 🤭
