Last Saturday, our studio got a little TLC! 🛠️💙

The team from Crossfix Singapore came down to give our SkiErgs, RowErgs, Keiser Bikes and Assault Bikes a full service, from replacing parts and updating firmware to a proper clean down! ✨

A big thank you to Crossfix Singapore for keeping our equipment in 🔝 condition!!! 🙏🏼

Now there’s only one thing left… for you guys to put them to work! 😈
Our machines are ready. Are you?

See you for tomorrow’s CARDIO SUMMIT 🥵🔥

BIDADARI FITFAM 2026: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! 🏆💪

What a day of movement, teamwork and family fun at Bidadari Community Club! Parents and kids took on eight fitness stations together, cheering each other on every step of the way. ❤️

It was especially heartwarming to see our BFT Serangoon Central members working out alongside their children and leading by example.

Thank you, Bidadari Community Club, for engaging us to bring FitFam 2026 to life. And to every family who joined us: thank you for bringing the energy and smiles! 💙

Here’s to more families getting active together! 👀

We UNLOCKED our doors, and you guys brought the chaos!!! (the good kind 😅)

And that’s a wrappp on Unlock! New faces and way too many “didn’t know it will be this shag” confessions 😆 But nothing beats watching your friends sweat (suffer) through it w yall!

Now… don’t 👻 on us! If you wanna sign up and let your friend enjoy the reward, just DM us 🫵💙

We gave the CINDY workout a shot… and let’s just say, we definitely underestimated it 🥵

At some point, our lats, chest and legs were defeated… had to cut away the last part cause it was straight-up survival mode 💀

Any takers? If not we’re calling out our members AND the guy coaches heheh >

🥉 PODIUM IN JAKARTA. 💥

A huge congratulations to our Studio Manager Lynn on an incredible 3rd Place finish in the HYROX Jakarta Women’s Pro Division! 👏🔥

Stepping up from the Opens Category and taking on the challenge of racing in the Pro division, Lynn pushed herself beyond her comfort zone and embraced a whole new level of competition!

From early mornings at Bishan Track to late-night training sessions, she led by example every step of the way. Behind this podium finish are countless hours of hard work, consistency, and training alongside the people who showed up and put in the work with her. 💙

Proof that size doesn’t define performance. Heart, grit, and showing up day after day do. 💪

The work continues, let’s go!!!! ✌️

20/06/2026

Rain tried to stop us… so we turned the studio UP 🔥

Last night’s HYROX training was 10/10 vibes, with Mr Loudhailer back in action 💙 From endless loops of Farmer’s Carry, to Burpees at every corner, to finishing off the night with a Karaoke Cooldown! 🪩

See you guys in the next one 🫶

Should we host a BFT SC TALENT SHOW! 🤩
