This one is special, friends.
I sat down with Johnna Devereaux | Whole House Nutrition , functional nutritionist for humans AND pets. She has built something remarkable. Her holistic pet boutique, Fetch Rhode Island, has been voted best of Rhode Island 10 out of 12 years. She has been featured on Fox News, PBS, Good Housekeeping and The American Kennel Club.
We talked about:
🌿Herbs and plant medicine.
🥺Grief of losing a pet.
🧘♀️Hypnosis.
⚕️Why your health and your dog’s health are more connected than you think.
🤍And personal development strategies that can save you YEARS of unnecessary struggle.
Johnna and I met years ago at her Rhode Island shop, Fetch RI when I was stationed with NCIS in the Northeast. She helped my dogs Clover and Diego thrive for years. Now she’s helping people do the same.

Where Soul Meets Ambition: Real-Life Holistic Leadership + Mindset Tactics To Level up In Business + Life.

Ivy and I hiked through the national forest today.
No agenda. Just the trail, mountain and the trees.
When we hike, we get fully present. Connected to God, to the divine within, to that quiet voice your soul has been trying to get through to you.
And my friends, the clarity that comes through is all heart.
It’s your intuition.
The world is SO noisy right now. People talking a lot and saying nothing. Chaos everywhere you look.
But when you pull yourself out of that noise and immerse in nature, something shifts.
You start hearing what actually matters.
Your gut speaks louder than the opinions.
Your God-given talents, the ones unique only to you, finally get room to breathe and expand.
What a gift.
This is your reminder:
Take time for yourself.
Detach from the noise.
You already have the answers within.
I work with my clients on this exact thing. Once you fully connect and align with your inner compass, the game of life and business completely levels up.
Get outside. Listen. Trust what comes through.

Let it go to voicemail.
Every big move I have ever made started with ignoring that call.
Leaving federal law enforcement. Building a business from scratch. Saying yes to stages and rooms that pushed me to evolve.
Comfort feels safe. But safe has a ceiling.
Don’t answer. 🤙
Only 2% of people with retirement accounts ever hit a million dollars.
Read that again. Then ask yourself why we’re still following the same playbook.
This week on the Tactical Harmony Show, I sat down with Chris Miles I Cashflow Expert I Max ROI Infinte Banking , cash flow expert and unapologetic anti-financial advisor who helps high-income earners stop grinding and start building real freedom. He founded Money Ripples to help you multiply your money.
Chris watched his own father do everything “right.” Debt free by 61. 401k maxed out. And still unable to retire.
That broke something open for him.
In this episode we get into:
→ Why accumulation is not a strategy and acceleration is
→ Why scarcity mindset shows up in your business as underpricing and overworking
→ Why the fastest path to income growth is solving a bigger problem
This conversation will challenge how you think about money, freedom, and what retirement actually looks like, friends.
You’ve spent years saving. Your next 20 minutes could be worth more than your last 20 years of putting money away.

If you are not growing, you are going extinct. That is not a motivational quote. That is nature.
I sat in a seminar this week and something hit me I was not expecting. This quiet wave of gratitude for the fact that I get to do this at all.
The reason I am here, doing this work, is because at some point I stopped letting my ego pick the path and started letting my soul lead.
When I left NCIS, I made a promise to myself. I would never stop investing in my own growth. Not because it looks good. That is ego talking. But because the people I serve deserve someone still in the arena, still learning, still being stretched.
That pull to keep growing? That is soul. I have learned to trust it even when my ego wants to coast on what I have already built.
Every keynote I deliver, every client I work with gets a better version of me when I show up to rooms that challenge the way I think. My questions are sharper. The way I listen is deeper.
Ego would tell me I already know enough. Soul says sit down, pay attention, there is more.
I heard from incredible speakers this week who reminded me why I am so passionate about public speaking. When it is done right, a stage is not a performance. It is a transfer of energy, belief, and possibility.
When I grow, my clients grow. When I expand, the teams I serve expand. Choosing ego over soul is not just a personal loss. It is spiritually irresponsible.
Trees that stop growing start dying. Nature does not have an ego. It just follows what it was made to do.
Invest in yourself first. Not selfishly. Strategically. Let your soul win the argument.
This is the cheat code most people miss.
If you wanna collapse time, getting in rooms where people are years ahead of you. Hire the coach. Invest in the mentor.
I continuously bet on myself.
I invest the time and money it takes to continuously evolve and grow.
The greatest investment you can make is the one you make in yourself. It cannot be taxed and it cannot be taken away. And it compounds much more than any stock portfolio ever will.

Today he works with Fortune 1000 CEOs and elite athletes, helping them move well, live well, and perform at their highest level.
My friends, this conversation with Kendell “Kenny” Jno-Finn on the Tactical Harmony Show wrecked me in the best way.
We went deep on things most leadership conversations skip entirely:
→ Why comfort is quietly killing your leadership
→ Why forgiveness is a skill most high performers pretend they don’t need
→ Why mindset, movement, and performance are one system, not three separate buckets you check off
Kendell didn’t just survive scarcity. He studied it. He built a standard of excellence around what it taught him. And that is the kind of guest I want on this show. People who have done the internal work and can prove it with external results.
This one is for every leader who feels like they are doing all the right things and still running on fumes. Listen to this episode and tell me it doesn’t shift something for you.

Your body is addicted to stress. And it does not want you to meditate.
I spent nearly 15 years in federal law enforcement. Hypervigilance was the job. Scanning for threats was survival.
Then I sat down, closed my eyes, and tried to go inward. My body lost its mind the first time I tried to meditate.
That is your nervous system throwing a temper tantrum because you took away its favorite thing: control.
It cannot scan for the next threat.
It cannot refresh the inbox or look for the text message that will likely pi$$ you off.
So it fights back.
Monkey brain + racing thoughts. A flood of reasons to get up and stop the madness.
That resistance is normal, friends. Sit through the tantrum. Your body is trying to keep you safe. It hasn’t seen this “meditation movie” before so it’s kicking like a wild stallion! It’s all about overcoming yourself and the old, outdated program. But it’s worth every minute.
On the other side is a calmer nervous system, sharper creativity, improved immune system and a version of you that is not held hostage by conditional happiness. Science backs every bit of it.
Drop a 🔥 if that has been you (whether it’s meditation or trying something new for the first time)
