Here is the rest of the spring cleaning for each room in your home.

FATLOSS WORKOUT- For each triple set, perform 50 repetitions of the first cardio move and 15 repetitions of the following 2 exercises . [03/25/20]   The reports indicate that truckers are getting supplies to the stores. People are stocking the shelves all night and letting old people shop first.

Carnival Cruise line told President Trump, โ€œWe can match those big Navy hospital ships with some fully staffed cruise ships.โ€

GM said, hold our cars and watch this - we can make those ventilators where we were making cars, starting next week.

Women and children are making homemade masks and handing out snacks to truckers.

Restaurants and schools said - weโ€™ve got kitchens and staff; we can feed kids.

Churches are holding on-line services and taking care of their members and communities.

NBA basketball players said, โ€œhold our basketballs while we write checks to pay the arena staff.โ€

Construction companies said, โ€œhere are some masks for the doctors and medical staffers.โ€

Breweries are making sanitizer out of their leftover ingredients.

We thought we couldnโ€™t live without baseball, NASCAR, NBA, or going to the beach, restaurants, or bars. Instead, weโ€™re trying to keep those businesses open by ordering take-out. And many are making a difference by just being still, a virtue thought to be lost.

Every country is reacting differently, and in true American fashion, we've united by saying "Hey, hold my beer, and watch this..."

It is claimed that after the attack on Pearl Harbor, Japanese Admiral, Isoroku Yamamoto, stated, "I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve." That is the American way in a time of crisis.

Give us a few more weeks (maybe months) and we will be doing much better.

Include Health and Fitness Industry in Economic Relief from Impacts of COVID-19 As Congress is working on a third economic relief package for businesses and industries impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, health clubs, studios and fitness equipment manufacturers must be included in any relief package afforded to other industries.

If you workout at a busier time of day try altering your workout time, be good about getting in and getting out, but ALWAYS take the time to thoroughly wipe down your equipment.

Hey everyone letโ€™s meet the member of the month Katie. Katie came to us at the beginning of the year with the goal of losing weight and becoming healthier.
