Huge congratulations to Cassie Gonzales for crushing her first official kipping pull-up! This is what happens when dedication meets consistency.
Cassie didnât just get one rep â she got 2ď¸âŁ0ď¸âŁ in a single workout. Thatâs not luck, thatâs pure hard work paying off in the best way possible.
