• CrossFit Training & Education CrossFit works for everyone because intensity is relative to each person’s physical and mental capacity. When people train near their individual limits, whether they are an elite athlete or an elderly adult, they experience the same core benefits.
The needs of an Olympic athlete and a grandparent differ only in degree, not in kind. One aims for peak performance while the other seeks functional independence, but both need functional movement. Because of this, the foundational program doesn’t change; it is simply scaled.
Everyone does the same workout, scaled to their level.
