Where do you fall on the spectrum? 📈

In the world of CrossFit, we view health as a continuum: Sickness — Wellness — Fitness.

Most of the medical community focuses on moving people from Sickness to Wellness. That’s vital, but it’s only the middle of the road.

At CrossFit Contrivance, we aim for the far end: Fitness.
Fitness is your buffer against the aging process and chronic disease. It’s not just about looking good—it’s about having the physical capacity to handle whatever life throws at you, whether that’s picking up your kids, carrying groceries, or tackling a weekend hike.

The best part? The prescription is the same for everyone; only the intensity and volume change. Whether you’re starting from a place of sickness or looking to optimize your wellness, the path to fitness is built one rep, one workout, and one day at a time.

Ready to move further down the continuum? Click the link in our bio to book your free trial class and let’s get to work. 👊
