A few months ago, being nominated for Appleton’s Best Personal Trainer was a huge milestone. To now be recognized with the Gold Award means more than I can put into words.

The last two years have been filled with growth, challenges, and trusting the process. I made the difficult decision to walk away from negativity and people who didn’t have my best interests at heart. In doing so, I found a community built on support, encouragement, authenticity, and genuine connection. Looking back, that decision helped shape both the trainer and person I am today (and also how I’ll never be/become).

I’m beyond grateful for the incredible clients who trust me with their health and training goals. We work hard, laugh often, push through challenges, and celebrate every win together—inside and outside of the gym.

Thank you to my clients, friends, family, and even the strangers who have supported me along the way. I can’t begin to express how much your encouragement, belief, referrals, votes, and support have meant to me. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today—both in business and in life—without all of you. Every message, recommendation, and word of encouragement has helped shape this journey, and for that, I am forever grateful. 🫶🏽
