Foundations of Flight: Intro to Arm Balances & Inversions

Want to build real confidence with arm balances and inversions?

Arm balances and inversions can feel intimidating but they don’t have to. In this workshop we’ll break down Crow Pose, Side Crow, and Forearm Headstand into clear, progressive steps and give you time to practice them. You’ll learn the foundations of shoulder stability, core engagement, and body mechanics, along with how to use props and the wall so you can work safely and confidently.

Expect smart drills, supportive modifications, and plenty of time to explore at your own pace. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to refine your technique, you’ll leave with a better understanding of how these poses work and practical tools to keep building your practice on your own.
