Reggie is so excited to let everyone know we will be open on Memorial Day! Liam wanted to come in and run sessions, so with the exception of the 545am time slot, all other sessions from 7am through the 645pm session are open and available.

New signage at the facility! Thanks to the team at FASTSIGNS of Bloomington, IN for getting this done so quickly. We have our updated logo on our front sign and some new wording on the windows. We’re looking forward to better displaying and advertising what we do! 💪

Please take a moment and help us wish these 3 the best of luck as they graduate, tomorrow, from Indiana University. Averie and Ethan both started working here almost 3 years ago and Liam 2 years ago. They have each grown in many ways as professionals and as humans and we cannot be more excited to see how they leave an impact on the world as they move on to their next adventures.
Averie, Ethan, and Liam: Thank you for all you did for Move Bloomington and the clients whose lives you impacted. You will all be greatly missed, but we know you will do amazing things. Best of luck to each of you!

Our next “Strength Week” is upon us - a week where the workouts are designed to help us better understand what weights are best for you for a variety of different exercises.
As a facility that prides itself for having no mirrors or scales, we have a lot of clients who come to us looking to get stronger, increase flexibility, etc. Our “Strength Week” will feature a lot of the “typical” exercises you see people measure including deadlifts, chest press, etc.
Our motto is “Move Better, Feel Better, Live Better”. Being able to assess your strength (and not the scale) is one of the ways we deliver.
