We left a few things out when we built FTX. On purpose.

You won’t find crowded classes here. We cap every class at 12 so your coach can actually coach you. You won’t find yourself guessing what to do next, or driving somewhere else to recover after. The sauna, cold plunge, and Normatec are right down the hall.

And you definitely won’t find yourself training alone. Walk in once and people will know your name.

🎂 Happy birthday, Octavio! Before FTX was a gym, it was a promise. Fitness changed the direction of Octavio’s life, and he wanted to build a place where anyone could walk in, wherever they’re starting, and find their footing.

That promise is still the heart of everything we do. You feel it in the programming. You hear it in the coaching. You see it every time someone does something they didn’t think they could. ❤️

Ten days out from the FTX HYROX Combine. Saturday the 26th at 9am. 💪

You spend one session with a certified coach and walk away with real numbers on your strength, your speed and your engine, plus a straight answer on what to train next.

That’s it. No race simulation, no three hour ordeal. $30 solo, $25 each if you bring a friend.

Quick rundown: we run together, then we hang out. That second part matters just as much as the first. Bring a friend, bring someone who swears they hate running, it all works, everyone finishes together.

📍 Celis Delray, 9am Saturday. We run, then head back for juice and hangs.
