Is Teacher Training Calling You?

Did you know that a 1-Year Annual Pass is included with True North Yoga’s 200-Hour Teacher Training—and a 2-Year Annual Pass is included with our 300-Hour program?

Yes, it’s true! And we do this intentionally.

We believe that becoming a yoga teacher requires more than completing the required training hours. It requires practice. Time. Curiosity. And the opportunity to continue learning from experienced teachers before, throughout, and after your training.

That’s why yoga classes are included in your Teacher Training experience. And there’s another piece we believe is essential: support when you’re ready to begin teaching.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve developed opportunities for new teachers to practice teaching, receive mentorship, gain experience, and find their voice as a teacher—all without additional mentorship fees.

If you’ve ever been curious about Teacher Training—whether you dream of teaching or simply want to deepen your own practice—I’d love to invite you to our FREE online Teacher Training Info Night.

During this relaxed 30-minute session, I'll introduce each of our Teacher Training programs, share what makes them unique, and answer any questions you may have. Sign up under 'Workshops' here.

Our Programs
• 100-Hour True North Flow Teacher Training
• 100-Hour Hot Pilates Teacher Training
• 200-Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training
• 200-Hour Yin, Restorative & Meditation Teacher Training
• 300-Hour Professional Teacher Training

At True North Yoga, our trainings are about so much more than earning a certification.

They are an opportunity to grow physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually while becoming part of a community that will encourage and support you every step of the way.

You'll study movement, meditation, philosophy, breathwork, anatomy, nervous system health, and practical teaching skills—not simply as concepts to understand, but as practices to embody in your everyday life.

You'll also learn from the teachers you know and love at True North Yoga. They'll share their experiences and the ways yoga, meditation, self-inquiry, perseverance, curiosity, and kindness toward themselves have shaped both their lives and their teaching. Every instructor brings a unique perspective, creating a rich and well-rounded learning experience.

Yoga Teachers - This One Is for YOU!

2 Spots left - 20 max.

Have you ever taken a class with a teacher and wondered, "How did they know exactly what my body needed today?"

Some yoga teachers seem to have a way of seeing movement differently. Their cues land. Their sequencing makes sense. Their students feel safe, successful, and inspired.

That kind of teaching doesn't happen by accident.

It comes from years of practice, curiosity, and learning from exceptional mentors.

I'm excited to share an opportunity to study with one of those teachers.

The Art & Science of Teaching Yoga
with Alyssa Soppe, E-RYT500

August 22-23

Alyssa has been teaching yoga for more than a decade and is one of the most thoughtful educators I've had the privilege of working with. She brings together modern movement science, experiential anatomy, nervous system awareness, and the deeper principles of yoga into a learning experience that is practical, embodied, and immediately applicable.

This isn't a weekend of memorizing muscles or learning complicated anatomy terms.

It's about experiencing anatomy in your own body.

It's about understanding why certain cues work, how people actually learn movement, and how to become a teacher who helps students feel more connected to themselves.

Throughout the weekend you'll explore:

• Experiential anatomy rather than memorization
• Fascia, breath, movement, and nervous system regulation
• The art and science of effective yoga teaching (pedagogy)
• Self-Awakening Yoga principles that cultivate awareness and authentic presence
• Practical tools you can use immediately in your own classes—or your own practice

Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM

If you've been looking for a way to deepen your understanding of yoga beyond poses and sequencing, I hope you'll join us.

There are just 2 public spaces remaining, and I'd love to see them filled with curious students who are ready to learn from one of True North's exceptional teachers.

This workshop is capped at 20 Teachers.

I hope you'll join us. Sign up here https://www.truenorthyoga.co/workshops/

We spend so much of life doing because the world tells us to stay busy. Yoga reminds us there’s also value in simply being.

What a great reminder from Paul that there is a time and place for everything… even nothingness.

Sometimes the most meaningful part of our practice isn’t the movement. It’s the stillness. The quiet. The space to simply breathe.
