We haven’t even made it to Red Rocks for the big show yet and already our time on this long weekend getaway has been unforgettable✨

An epic hike in the flatirons of Boulder to Royal Arch began our Saturday, followed by a sweet little lunch stop at an outdoor cafe and then an intimate acoustic show with Trevor Hall followed by a meet and greet🥹💖🙏🏻

Ive enjoyed Trevor’s music so much since finding him - who knows how many years ago. He came through Boise on his tour last Summer and I figured, why not? I don’t often go to shows but it seemed to make sense to see him while he was in town - and it was a LIFE-CHANGING show! I’ve wanted to see him again since leaving that night💖 I was so taken back by how profound it was to see him live. So much love pouring from the stage to the crowd, and even within the crowd, a simple outpouring and sharing of love🥰

This is music that truly unites and heals. One of the aspects of Trevor’s music that I love so much are the lyrics. They’re poetry and they hit you right in the heart.

I was hit last night, for sure.🥹 Tears streaming down my face, and then nervous jitters before I got to meet him followed by immense gratitude and excitement. An emotional rollercoaster for sure - in the best way possible! 🦄🦄🦄

This music always inspires and motivates me in ways I haven’t felt with other music. You can feel the love, devotion and humility in every lyric and melody.

I’m simply blown away and beyond grateful💖✨🦄

👉🏻Nidra translated means sleep. This practice is also known as "non-sleep, deep rest". A guided journey through the body to help relax, reset, and recharge.
It is said that 45 minutes of yoga nidra is the equivalent of 2-3 hours of restful, restorative sleep.

Where will we be?
👉🏻When you arrive to Memorial Park (900 N 6th Street) and are looking at the playground (looking east) we'll do our best to setup to the left of the swings and playground near sun and shade so you can choose where you'd like to land for practice.

What to expect:
👉🏻Breath practice and/or guided movement may be incorporated, and you can for sure count on a solid 30+ minute yoga nidra practice followed by 5+ minutes in savasana (rest) before our intentional group closing.

Optional items to bring:
👉🏻Your own mat/towel/blanket
👉🏻A bulky pillow/bolster can feel nice behind the knees
👉🏻An eye pillow to cover the eyes can help the focus land inward as you journey through the landscape of your body.
👉🏻You're also welcome to come just as you are, without any props - lie in the grass, in nature.

How do I join?
👉🏻No need to register; simply show up so you can slow down and reset your week!
