The illusion says the messiest parts of your story disqualify you. The gospel tells a different story.

Jesus did not wait for the woman at the well to become polished before meeting her. He knew her completely, spoke truth without shaming her, and offered her living water. What she may have once wanted to hide became a testimony that pointed others toward Him.

Counseling can provide a safe place to bring your story into the light..to name the pain, untangle unhealthy patterns, and move toward healing with truth and grace. Your story is not beyond redemption, and you do not have to process it alone.

Rejection can become part of how we see ourselves, but it was never meant to name us.

In Christ, we are chosen, welcomed, and adopted into God’s family. We don’t have to earn our place; through Him, we already belong. Ephesians 1:5 🤍

Healing can begin by noticing where old rejection is still speaking and learning to live from belonging instead of fear.

Monday reminder ✨

You don't have to enter this week with everything figured out, everything fixed, or enough strength for everything ahead.
God doesn't ask us to be sufficient on our
own. He reminds us that His grace is sufficient for us.

Whatever this week holds, His grace is already there.

Back-to-school season can bring excitement, new routines… and a whole lot of pressure for parents. ✏️ 📓 🍎

Whether your child heads out the door each morning or learns around the kitchen table, it’s easy to wonder:

Am I doing enough? Are they getting enough? Am I getting this right?

But our kids don’t need perfection from us. They need connection. They need a safe place to talk, room to have hard days, and parents willing to listen, guide, apologize, pray, and give themselves grace along the way.

And when we can’t get it all right, we can point them to the One who does.

You don’t have to parent perfectly to parent faithfully.

Children are learning how to recognize God’s voice long before they have all the words to explain it. 🤍

As we teach them to pray, we can also teach them to slow down, listen, and notice the gentle ways God leads..through His Word, wise guidance, conviction, and quiet moments with Him.

Prayer isn’t only about what we say to God. It’s also about creating space to listen. 🌿
