A huge shoutout to everyone who has stepped up so far and given the bar hang challenge a try. We’ve loved seeing so many members step outside their comfort zone and see what they’re capable of.

Brea, there is still plenty of time left on the clock and every single point counts.

Remember:
✅ Every Bar Hang attempt earns your studio a point
✅ Every workout you attend helps your studio in the race for the attendance bonus
✅ Every guest you bring in earns a point too

Week 2 is underway, and this week’s challenge is the Bar Dead Hang. Grip strength, grit, and determination are all going to come in handy.

While Chino Hills may have the early lead, we’re incredibly proud of everyone who showed up, challenged themselves, and represented Brea this week. Every workout attended, every challenge attempt, and every bit of encouragement helped contribute to our team.

The best part? We’re only one week in. 💪🏽

Tomorrow starts a brand-new week with the Bar Hang Challenge, and there are still plenty of points up for grabs. Remember, attendance plays a huge role in the competition, and every challenge attempt earns points for your studio.
