Our adult program is built for all levels, with a structured curriculum taught by Dimitri Chrisos, 3rd-degree black belt and US Air Force veteran, alongside our experienced coaching staff.

Mon, Wed, Fri — Gi, All Levels: 12:00–1:00 PM
Tue — Beginners Gi: 8:00–9:00 PM
Mon & Wed — All Levels Gi: 7:30/8:00–9:00 PM
Thu — All Levels Gi: 8:00–9:00 PM
Fri — All Levels Gi: 7:00–8:30 PM
Sat — No-Gi & Gi Open Mat: 10:30 AM–12:00 PM
