18 years ago, in July 2008, we took a chance and started Bello Express Carpet Care.
We never imagined that one day we’d be caring for some of the world’s most beautiful rugs, meeting incredible clients, and building a business we’re truly proud of.
This year also marks 19 years together as husband and wife. From teenage parents to business partners, we’ve grown alongside each other every step of the way.

One question we get all the time:
“Why are you quoting a repair before you’ve even cleaned my rug?”
If a tufted rug has pet urine, the urine often soaks through the fibers and into the latex backing. Over time, that urine weakens the glue holding the rug together.
During the cleaning process, that hidden damage can become visible. We didn’t cause it the urine did.
