Feeling good at 23 weeks🤗🤗. At this point, I’m posting for my own memories. Loving my preggo works so far.
A little core, a little cardio. Adding these short workouts to my split have been great for my fatigue. I rarely have any back pain or preggo aches. Movement is the BEST medicine.
Go easy on me. I’m pregnant 😂😂
But for real, I have my days when I don’t feel like working out. Grateful I have a trainer to keep me on track on the hard days.
