Next up in our Meet the Coaches Series is Coach Charlie!
Coaching with us for over 5 years, Charlie brings humility and knowledge to the table. Some days he hits the workout RX and other days he listens to his body and scales accordingly. This is something all our coaches do! We teach our members how important it is to scale, so we should set the stage and do the same!
Find Charlie pulling in some members for a cardio heavy EMOM on Thursdays, he loves to build the engine!

Meet Coach Rachel! You can find her in our PM classes working out with her friends when she’s not on the floor in her coaches shirt. She has been on staff with us all three of her coaching years and holds her CF level 2 certification, her favorite lift is a sn**ch and her favorite movement to program is a Burpee!!!!
