Last but not least 🙌 in our meet the coaches series we have Andrew McComber

At Lineage CrossFit, he’s the owner, our head coach, our vision setter.

You’ll find him caffeinated ☕, practicing his graffiti on the whiteboard and building a space that’s warm, inviting, clean, hospitable... and professional. Whether he’s dialing in a cue, taking us through a coach-led piece, or running a heavy sn**ch day, he’s all in.

Community doesn’t just happen. It’s created. It’s cultivated. It’s cared for. It’s nurtured.
Andy’s the reason this community is what it is, period.

We love you, Andy. 💛🖤
