A new season is bringing a few fresh changes to the Rho schedule starting 8/24:
✨9:30 ➡️ 10:00 am
✨Iron + Oar joins the 5:30 am line up and expands in 8:30 am
✨Sunday 8:30 falls back to 10:00 am 😴
✨Our weekly Community Burn Class pops to 5:30 pm
And keep an eye out for some new Rho Coaches popping up at your favorite class times bringing crew energy, flexibility for their real lives and keeping Rho as fresh as an autumn morning 🍂

Everyone starts somewhere.
Some people are chasing performance.
Some are building confidence.
Some just want an hour for themselves.
Our job is to coach every one of them.

✨Your first class is on us.
Volume up for the soundtrack 🌊
The speakers quit. The room didn’t.
Turns out, adults still love board games.
People started checking the board before class. Celebrating ladders. Groaning over chutes. Recruiting friends and completing ridiculous challenges.
Chutes & Ladders is our current favorite excuse to laugh, celebrate each other and leave the Engine Room a little more connected than when we walked in.
Play on. 💙
Somewhere along the way, we forget that movement is play.
Sometimes it’s a challenge.
Sometimes is a rowing target.
Sometime it’s two friends and a game.
This round ended. The game and crew doesn’t.
Confidence level: significantly higher than our experience level.
Good thing rowing isn’t about looking like a rower. It’s about becoming one.
