Not every workout is about chasing a PR.

Some days we load heavy, push intensity, and focus on strength progression. Other days we slow things down, increase volume, work through tempo, pulses, pauses, burnouts or longer time under tension.

Could these women hip thrust heavier? Absolutely.
But every class has a different goal… and good programming isn’t always lifting as heavy as possible every single session.

Sometimes the goal is power.
Sometimes it’s endurance.
Sometimes it’s control and connection.
