Our small group is designed primarily for 50-year-old women over. We do a weight training program which is essential to combat age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia) and declining bone density (osteoporosis) linked to menopause. It boosts your metabolism, enhances balance, and significantly reduces the risk of falls and fractures, preserving long-term independence and quality of life.
