April Feats of Strength šŖš„
If youāve ever wondered whatās possible with consistent training⦠this is your sign.
Hereās what happened at NOVA Strong this month:
šļø Doug pulled 315 lbs on his deadlift
At forty-something years old, heās hitting PRs weekly and leveling up for rec basketball. Whoever said your 20s are your prime was wrong.
š„ Grace hit 22 push-ups
She started at 5. Now sheās cranking out 22 like itās nothing. Strength is built, not born.
š„ Ann hit a lifetime RDL PR
This used to be her struggle lift⦠now sheās repping 105 lbs and walking away proud. Thatās what progress looks like.
š Sofia hit a relationship PR
Our 7AM crew welcomed her back as a MARRIED WOMAN! We love celebrating strength in and out of the gym.
ā”ļø Sarah + Jeanne deadlifted 100 lbs
They doubted themselves⦠then made it look effortless. Stronger than they think (like most people).
