Make this month a month of small baby steps to create big change. 😆🙌❤️

GREAT things are done by bringing a series of small things brought together ✨

June is going to be an amazing month.
You get to DECIDE what baby steps you take daily for your life to be changed in 30 days 😍

You will never change your life until you change something you do daily…start small💯

Here are 3 to get you started:

• Drink more water: remember if you’re 2% dehydrated you’re going to burn 30% less calories AND the first sign of dehydration is fatigue… That alone will change your life😆💓🙌

• Start a morning routine! We call ours “miracle morning” focusing on gratitude, movement & meditation 🧘‍♀️

• Get outside and breathe! Get some fresh air and some sunshine. It’s amazing how that alone will shift your perspective.🌼

I love that we are all works in progress❤️

Getting up and showing up...every day bringing our best to the day.

Just because you “fall down” doesn’t mean you are a bad person...it means you are human.

Best advice: get back up
(sooner rather than later for damage control) and start over👏👏👏

TIPS FOR GETTING UP:

1. Apologize if others were involved (blame it on your cycle, the moon🤣 or momentarily forgetting who you truly are)

2. Forgive yourself (you are on a magnificent journey called “life”).
You are climbing mountains, crossing rivers, and occasionally falling in ditches...it’s ok to have a “moment” but learn and navigate better the next time.

3. Give yourself grace🙏🏻
Lord knows we all need it daily.

4. Last but not least: be kind to others but most importantly be kind to YOU🥰

You can never give what you don’t got lol.
Kindness begins at home.

The best day to plan for an amazing week is always NOW 😆

Please remember failing to plan is “planning to fail”.

3 components to make your life happy & healthy: workouts, nutrition and mindset.

1. WORKOUTS:

My favorite saying “movement is medicine”✨💪🏼
And it’s true!
Making sure you are getting a DAILY dose is impactful and powerful😍
Endorphins are real chemistry that happen when you are consistent with exercise🚴🏻🚣‍♀️🤸🏽‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

Increases your happiness, immunity, brain clarity and DECREASES anxiety and depression💫💕

Sounds like a magic pill right?!?
Well...it kind of is 😆

Make your fitness appointments with YOU now!
Pull out your calendar and pick the day/ time and schedule....you are worth it💕
Better grab some friends for accountability!

2. NUTRITION:

For a week of high energy and feeling great, clean eating is key!

Start with hydration and remember if your goal is weight loss,
if you are 2% dehydrated you will burn 30% less calories…allllll day long!

I always recommend 40 ounces by noon because it’s a great jump start to staying hydrated.

Additionally, get organic fruits and veggies in your body.
Go to a local farmers market if you can. Such a huge abundance of choices!

Buy some of the beautiful fruits and veggies that are locally grown so you’re supporting local businesses and all organic!
Double win🤩

Last, please, puhlezzzzzz.....remember that sugar and processed foods are literally fertilizer for cancer🥺

That’s right...sugar helps cancer grow😣
And I am talking about donuts, candy, cake, ice cream etc.
Secondly, sugar can cause or deepen anxiety & depression.
Please limit or eliminate from your daily intake🙏🏻

MINDSET:

The BEST 2 pieces of advice are affirmations and meditation!

And here are a few affirmations that really helped me “rewire” my brain and start to realize I am worthy of a good life:

I don’t know about for you… But January, February, & March were full of intensity with the beginning of eclipse season, lots of changes, and lots of releasing things that were not serving me! April was sweet relief full of magic and inspiration 💫

Endings are never easy, but they are necessary for growth and for happiness 💯

Looking forward to new opportunities for growth, learning, and meeting all the people I have not met yet …that I’m going to love😍
