Sooo you say to yourself:
I will start in November when I am not so busy👍

Then, I’ll start after Thanksgiving there’s just too much to do.
I will start when things slow down… You promise yourself❤️

Well… It’s almost the new year, I might as well wait until January 1 and just dive into the holiday season.😞
AVERAGE WEIGHT GAIN over the holidays is 8 to 15 pounds😫

Each time you don’t honor a promise to yourself, it takes away a little bit of your self-esteem and with it a little bit of your self worth.

Honoring all your other promises to your work, your friends, your partner, and your kids… Putting your promises to yourself last on your list😢

Just a simple question… When will you honor you?
When will you show up for you?

The truth is: life will always be busy and there are always be other people who are demanding your time and attention❤️

Which is not a bad thing… But you need to be there for yourself and stop procrastinating sister girlfriend!

Happy Wednesday everyone✨🤍💕

As you are starting this week and wanting to create more peace, feeling better in your body & mind, and maybe even more happiness…remember the “secret sauce” is super simple:

Consistency.

It is what you do daily, all the baby steps that add up to a beautiful life😍

✨Can’t mediate for 20 minutes: tap into a meditation app and choose 5 minutes.

✨Changing your whole diet seems overwhelming: add a big organic green salad daily & drink 40 ounces of water by noon.

✨Clearing a negative mindset: journal for 5 minutes at night before bed, so you sleep better💕

✨Working out daily for 60 minutes is too challenging: walk for 20 minutes.

Consistency is king (or queen lol)...for ALL things😆
Building a better body, creating your dream business or changing a “broken” mindset....a mindset that keeps you stuck in a life that doesn’t serve you or anyone else.

A weekend well spent spent brings a week of content 😍✨💯

Such a powerful and incredible weekend with ReCharge The Soul Retreats 🦋 sharing our life changing retreats ❤️

Loved starting Saturday on Good Day Sacramento taking about all the beautiful destinations and experiences of traveling the world changing lives!
Then going to a Marketing event in Loomis and completing the weekend on Sunday with a powerful ONE DAY FALL 🍁RETREAT in Sacramento ✨🪽💫

We had over 60 come to join us for a powerful day of learning how to reset your nervous system, move through anxiety and stress and connect with a community of like-minded women😍

Truly, my heart is full as I begin this week! So grateful for all the women who showed up and shared their hearts and souls with us💕🫶😘

Wowza! I love this saying:

“When women support each other, incredible things happen.”

THIS is everything.

And I am not quite sure why it is such a hard lesson to learn for some?

Be the encourager.

The supporter.

The light bringer and the woman cheering other women on🎉🎈

it feels sooo great to lift each other up🥰
All that beautiful positivity comes right back to you...just like a beautiful mirror🌟

Number 2:

do you NOT see how hard life can be...do you really want to add to the negativity and chaos?!?
It’s time to come together my beauties...life is way to short for you to wallow in the low vibes and the mud.

Number 3:

you get what you give...karma is an amazing equalizer.
That alone should shake you to your boots🥾🥾
Put out the great stuff and see what happens in your own life💕

Lastly you can choose to be the bringer of joy.
The one that shifts the energy in the room and lights everything UP🌟

Let’s be that.
