TATTOO FLASH RULES

You must choose from flash that is already printed out and available. You can select from the Cancer flash, and flash from previous flash sheets, as well!

We cannot modify the size.

Anything aside from black, will be an extra charge.

Prices are $50-$100 for flash, depending on size. If you want to add micro tattoos to the same session they are $15 each.

✨ Meet Elise Foley, Light & Shade Healing ✨

This month, we’re honored to welcome Elise to Ritual Wellness Space for a special guest residency on June 12-13 and our upcoming retreat experience.

Elise’s path to becoming a healer began through her own profound health challenges, including kidney failure, seizures, and losing the ability to speak. What emerged from that journey was a deep trust in the body’s ability to heal when given the right support, safety, and space.

Through Craniosacral Therapy, Healing Touch, meditation, and nervous system-focused practices, Elise helps people slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves.

One of my favorite things she shared in our recent interview:

“Often the most subtle work creates the deepest shifts. People are usually surprised by how much release can happen through softness, safety, and giving the body permission to unwind instead of forcing change.”

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, push harder, and keep going, Elise’s work offers something different—a chance to pause and listen.

And Elise Foley will be holding space for a group healing touch session to help your relieve pain and anxiety.
