Saturday was beautiful sunshine and excellent lessons... Sunday the weather dreary, yet the barn aisle was filled with the "sunshine" of laughter, smiles, love of our Winstar family, "sunflowers and gardenias" Birthday cake and the beautiful joy of horsin around together as we celebrate two human Birthdays and one equine partner who turned 5 today! Maverick enjoyed his celebration complete with a homemade horse birthday cake!!

Saturday was a fun "Back to Basics" day of lessons, no stirrups, one-handed behind the back, and bridged reins. For a few riders two at the same time over fences, whether in the newly filled sand ring or in the grass jump ring, there were smiles and fun in learning new skills.

Day 1 of the April USHJA Outreach Show at Fox Lea Farm provided absolutely magnificent weather, efficiently run show day, for our Winstar riders and horses it was a fun, and successful day of showing. A few great ribbons earned however it was the smiles of personal accomplishments and enjoyment of spending time with their lovely equine partners which were truly priceless.

Smooth drive to Fox Lea for the April USHJA Outreach show, set-up efficiently completed with outstanding help, the afternoon of schooling was all smiles and fun. Horses were fantastic and our riders rode well. A huge thumbs up to Fox Lea Farm and hardworking staff the facility is looking amazing.

A windy mostly sunshiny Wednesday here in Southwest Florida, a lovely day for horsin around together with friends. Excellent lessons, foster puppy fun, the smell of blooming gardenias and baby fledgling baby mockingbirds out of the nest sitting perched in the gardenia bush by the in-gate.

A beautiful fun Easter weekend Saturday here at Winstar Farm. Excellent lessons in the ring focusing on "Back to Basics", while outside the ring smiles and laughter as friends and family enjoyed watching the lessons in the ring, sitting together chatting in the barn aisle, playing and cuddling with foster puppies, capturing beautiful nature moments in pictures to share and just enjoying horsin around together.
