Many gyms charge extra for recovery amenities. We include ours because recovery is an important part of your fitness journey, not an afterthought 🚫

The infrared sauna is a great tool to help you relax, unwind, warm up sore muscles, de stress, and take a little time for yourself after a workout.

How often should you use it?
For most people, 2 to 5 sessions per week is a great place to start. Whether you just crushed your Fit30, had a stressful day at work, or simply want a little extra recovery, the sauna is there for YOU 🫢

Summer is where most people lose momentum. Vacations, BBQs, trips, late nights, busy schedules… and suddenly workouts stop, nutrition disappears, and healthy habits go completely out the window.

Here is the hard truth. If you abandon your routine every summer, you will keep restarting every fall πŸ’€ And the fittest people you know? They do NOT stop working out every time life gets busy or messy. Everyone is busy. Everyone has schedules, stress, events, work, family obligations, and things competing for their time. The difference is they keep showing up anyway.

You do not need perfection to maintain results. You need consistency. A few workouts a week, daily movement, decent nutrition MOST of the time, and getting back to routine quickly after weekends and events is what actually keeps progress moving forward πŸ’ͺ

People spend WAY too much time trying to figure out the β€œbest” time of day to workout...
Morning? Evening? Fasted? After work? Before work?
Here is the truth πŸ‘‡

The BEST time to workout is the time you will consistently stick to. There is no magical hour where fat suddenly melts off or muscle magically appears. What matters most is consistency over time. For some people, that means 5am before the kids wake up and life gets chaotic πŸ‘Š
For others, it is after work to decompress from the day.

Stop overcomplicating it.
Find the time that realistically fits YOUR life and commit to showing up consistently.
Done is always better than perfect πŸ’š

A MINIMUM of 2 to 3 workouts per week paired with proper nutrition for YOUR goals is where real progress starts.

A narrow stance leg press shifts more emphasis onto the QUADS compared to a traditional wider stance ⬇️
That means the front of the legs are doing a LOT more work throughout the movement.

By bringing the feet in closer together, you usually get less glute involvement and way more quad burn πŸ”₯

For your 8 rep PR set, the goal is HEAVY!
Those last few reps should feel hard, controlled, and like you are truly giving it everything you have left in the tank.
