Summer Boxing Camp Built for Confidence and Growth Looking for the right summer activity for your child? In this episo...

We’re looking for coaches and leaders who care about people just as much as training.

At Osorio Training Center, coaching goes beyond teaching technique. We’re building a space where kids, adults, and families grow in confidence, discipline, and community every day.

If you bring energy, leadership, professionalism, and a passion for helping people improve - we’d love to meet you.

Now Hiring:
• Muay Thai Coach
• Strength & Conditioning Coach
• Kid’s Boxing Coach

Job Duties
• Arrive 10 mins early to set up for class
• Check in every client including open gym
• Friendly, fast, and urgent service
• Greet and explain memberships to walk-in clients
• Sign up new clients
• Ring up new and existing clients for purchases
• Clean and disinfect equipment daily

Class Structure
• 10–15 mins stretching and activation
• 25–30 mins lesson and practice
• 10–15 mins circuit and cool down

Expectations
• Keep all members engaged
• Use front desk support when classes get too large
• Maintain control of floor space and music playlist

This is more than a coaching position. It’s an opportunity to positively impact the community every single day.
