Third FAQ's a charm! Learn more about Masterminds! One of the first things you’ll do as a cohort, after choosing a cohort name, is to determine when the calls will take place. Corralling 4-6 busy people and trying to get their schedules to line up is not always easy, but we get it done!

Mastermind FAQ Vol. 2 Calls end with every leader sharing a Reflection (a thought they want to remember) and an Action (a specific action they will take). We review these at the beginning of each call for accountability.

Mastermind FAQ - Vol. 1 The sweet spot for group size in an experience like this is 4 to 6 ppl. This gives us enough time on our calls to hear from everyone while also providing enough different perspectives for feedback and coaching to be impactful and valuable.

When I was in a band in high school, we wrote a song called "The Opportunity Song". The chorus went something like this:

"When opportunity comes a knockin', you've got to answer the call!"

There was also something about spreading your wings, so you can sing... not sure of the other lyrics. But that's not the point.

The point is that there is an amazing opportunity coming up to elevate your leadership performance. And if not for you, then someone on your team.
