The EPOC Experience Highland

Tomorrow we will not have 5:15 class and Friday we will not be staffed but will have our normal classes!

We didn’t get a big group picture for the Murph but 8am class showed out and we had 13 people do the Murph! Small things to remember and pay respect to the massive sacrifices made to make our great country what it is!

No staff tomorrow for Memorial Day! Class at 8am and Murph following at 9am!

We will be doing The Murph Challenge Monday at 9am! Free to come do for everyone!

We will also still be having an 8am class! Bring a friend, first class is always free!

We have had tons of questions of what our big announcement was and we finally get to share it!

We have upgraded our classroom with three more squat racks that we will be using for our Strength classes on Tuesday and Thursday!

Today we kicked off our first barbell cycle and cannot wait to see our classes get better with it!
