We are SUPER excited to introduce another trainer to the gym, Lissa Stritesky! Just a little bit of a background on her:

Hi, everyone! I’m Lissa, owner of Assiduous Fitness, and I’m excited to announce that I’ll now be offering personal training at EPOC Gym!

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, and Nutrition Coach with seven years of experience. I specialize in helping people move better, build strength, lose weight, and feel more confident in the gym, and in their bodies.

Whether you’re brand-new to exercise, getting back into a routine, working around aches or limitations, or ready to take your training to the next level, I’ll meet you where you are and create a plan that fits your individual needs.

If you’re interested in training with me, grab one of my cards at the front desk or come say hi when you see me around the gym! 💪
