If you’re wanting to get signed up for The EPOC Games we have just under a month to do so! Grab yourself a partner and compete against others from the different gyms! There will be a DJ, food, and various vendors!

Update for the holiday weekend:

Friday, July 3rd we will not be staffed! There will be a 5am and 8am class but no noon class!

Saturday, the 4th we will not be staffed but we will still have our regular 8am class!

Everyone’s favorite diva, Briea, is leaving us for Florida so we are going to be looking for another coach! If you or anyone you know is interested please message us! No coaching experience required but would be preferred!

The EPOC Games are back! August 29th at the Farm Heritage Museum in Greenville! There is going to be a DJ, coffee, and food truck along a bunch of people workin their butts off to win their division! Link below to get your team signed up, you won’t want to miss out!

Tomorrow we will not have 5:15 class and Friday we will not be staffed but will have our normal classes!

We didn’t get a big group picture for the Murph but 8am class showed out and we had 13 people do the Murph! Small things to remember and pay respect to the massive sacrifices made to make our great country what it is!
