DO IT FOR DOLLY!

We’re just overwhelmed with the number of donated children’s books we received for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library as we worked out today (September 25th…9/25…9-to-5) celebrating the life of Dolly Parton!
Thank you so much for your kind generosity, and what an incredible way to remember the amazing singer, songwriter, performer, and philanthropist that was the beautiful Dolly Parton!

It is pure joy and excitement when we see an athlete work SO HARD at achieving a skill and then achieving it!

Congratulations Matt on your first bar muscle-up!!! 💪 You have been putting in the time and effort, and it has paid off! You set the goal, did the progressions, worked the drills, and accomplished what you set out to achieve. NICE WORK!
