"50 Strong has been an incredible program for me. It’s kept me accountable, and I’ve noticed real improvements in my posture and energy levels.
The coaches are all knowledgeable and supportive, and the variety in the workouts keeps things fresh—the hour flies by every session. Hannah and Jayme do a great job watching my form and always offer helpful adjustments when needed (plus, the playlists are a bonus!).
I’ve also loved Michelle’s nutrition tips and recipes. Since I started paying closer attention to my protein intake, I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my strength—especially during golf. I’m building strength in the right areas, particularly my back and core, which has improved my swing mobility and overall stability.

Charlotte brings a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, experience running her own training business, and a diverse background that includes working as a civilian military contractor. Most importantly, she's passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
