CrossFit Matters

Get to know your Fit Fam! This month, we are featuring long time athlete, Luis! Luis joined CrossFit Matters in 2016 and has been a consistent member ever since.

Outside of the gym, Luis enjoys going to the movies, supporting the local arts scene, and traveling. Luis enjoys a variety of fitness activities like running, yoga & cycling!

Luis enjoys and excels at gymnastics movements: especially muscle ups! Even though he doesn’t love lower body movements, he makes an effort to challenge himself when something like overhead squats or front squats are programmed.

Luis says he really enjoys CrossFit Matters because, “the constantly varied and rotating workouts keeps things interesting, engaging and challenging.”
