No class time required. No waiting around for the next workout to start. 🥊

The Bravo 24/7 Circuit is built to give you structure without locking you into a class schedule. Jump into the circuit when you’re ready, train at your own pace, and choose the workout that fits what you want that day — boxing, kickboxing, strength, functional training, or a combination of both.

Train during coach-led hours when you want guidance, or access the studio outside those hours and follow the circuit independently.

Your schedule shouldn’t decide whether you get your workout in.

The Bravo 24/7 Circuit gives you a guided workout you can access whenever it works for you.

At each station, the screen will show two options: a boxing or kickboxing movement on top, and a strength or functional training movement on the bottom.

Want to focus more on striking? You can. Prefer strength? Go for it. Want a mix of both? Follow the full circuit and work through both throughout your session.

You move station to station, giving you the structure of a programmed workout with the flexibility of 24/7 access.

Boxing. Kickboxing. Strength. One circuit. Available on your schedule.
