WE ARE! 🙌🏼 Strength & Conditioning is available for two different age groups at two different times:
-grades 6-8, 9:00am-10:30am - Wednesdays or Fridays (or BOTH!)
-grades 9-12, 10:30am-12:30pm - Wednesdays or Fridays (or BOTH!)

The best part? You don’t need to be a current Kehl student or even a dancer to participate. Bring a friend, it’ll be a blast! Plus, register for one day, get the second day 50% off!

Ms Elizabeth has an exercise science background and is a certified Pilates instructor - so you know you’re getting the best workout to meet your goals!! 💪🏼💥

⭐️SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Evelyn Rinaldo ⭐️

Evelyn is graduating from Mount Horeb high school and started dance at Kehl when she was 2 years old!

Evelyn’s main take away from dance: “I have learned that if you want something you need to put yourself out there, additionally you are more capable then you think you are. Dance has been a big part of my life for 15 years and nothing could make me forget the memories I have made.”

Evelyn will be attending UW Eau Claire to study Child development and Elementary Education with the hopes of being a child’s life specialist or a kindergarten teacher.

Summer Class Feature!!

Teen ACCELERATED Ballet 🩰🧑‍🩰

Expand your foundations of ballet technique in a supportive and focused setting. This class will focus on developing dancers' mind and body connection of ballet terminology and technique, while safely building strength, flexibility, and stamina necessary for higher-level ballet training. 💕

This class is for dancers age 11+, some dance experience is recommended. Our very own resident ballet instructor, Ms Elizabeth, is ready to help you THRIVE and fall in LOVE with ballet! 🥰

Tuesdays from 7:15-8:15pm

NEW CLASS OPENING ALERT!

Come learn to tap dance for your school’s musical, for fun, or with a bestie! You’re never too old to try something new! This class is for ages 13+. No experience required! 🕺🏼

Tuesday nights this Summer, 8:15-9:00pm. Our 6-week Summer Session begins the week of June 22! ☀️🙌🏼

⭐️SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Polina Batina⭐️

Polina is graduating from Madison West High School and started dancing when she was three years old.

Polina’s main takeaway from dance: “It has taught me confidence, consistency, and how to push through challenges, but my biggest takeaway is the people. My dance family has been my strongest support system and people I can always rely on no matter what. Dance was never a competition to me but it gave me lasting friendships and a second family.”

Polina will be attending the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she will be majoring in Dance and Elementary Education.

The Kehl Family mourns the loss of Jo Ann Kehl McDermott, daughter of former Kehl Director Leo (and Genevieve) Kehl, and twin of former Director Jo Jean Kehl Janus. We are so grateful for her dancing years with us, for the beautiful life she led, and wish our deepest condolences to all who loved her.
