Muscle Masc is back and kicking off Decadence weekend. 💪

We’re making way towards $25k! Huge thanks to The Railyard Nola for hosting us and making a big dent into this fundraiser. We hope to work with them again soon before summer ends.

Our FREE Saturday Series has brought in a ton of new faces and interest in our 101 course that will be launching again on 09/15! 💪

Ann and Anthony’s Apothecary Drinks will be vending Saturday, 09/08 proving delicious mocktails after the workout. 😋

August is prep time for launching three events in September. We’re working as quick as we can to get the info out to all of you. 😮‍💨

We are super excited and grateful to announce that has offered us an incredible opportunity to take over their gorgeous pool THIS Sunday. You can purchase your drop in for the pool now via the link in our bio. It is a discounted day pass, and the railyard is donating 100% of the proceeds to our campaign!
