No filter. No edits. just me, my stretch marks, and the routine that actually changed my skin 👇

I USED to hide my legs. now i wear shorts to the gym without thinking twice.

Here’s what i do 3x a week -
🪥 dry brush in circular motions toward the heart (lymphatic drainage is REAL)
🛁 shower, then immediately apply massage oil
🔥 follow with hot cream - yes it tingles, yes it’s normal, yes it works
💧 3-4 liters of water daily. non negotiable.
🥩 cut the ultra processed crap. eat nutrient dense. build muscle.

Cardio alone will NOT smooth your skin. strength training will. and no - you will not look bulky.
