We have a slight adjustment to our schedule this week. Friday morning Strength & Sculpt will be at 8:30am instead of 9:00am.
Strength and Sculpt is a full body workout held in our Energy Zone using Les Mills barbells, free weights, and other strength equipment. This class focuses on lighter weights and higher repetitions to build strength, improve muscular endurance, and leave you feeling strong and energized.
You will move through a series of simple, effective exercises that target all major muscle groups while keeping the pace fun and motivating.
This class is designed for all fitness levels. Every movement can be modified for injuries, limitations, or different experience levels, so whether you are brand new to strength training or looking to add a great strength session to your routine, you will feel right at home.
