Just a few of our athletes and their hardware from this past weekend’s IBJJF Nashville Open. Great work to everyone. Growth starts when you step outside your comfort zone.
Competition pushes your limits, builds confidence, and makes you better- regardless of outcome. Win or lose, every time you step on the mat, you grow.

Success can mean many things for a student. Sometimes it’s a big goal like winning a tournament, sometimes hitting a move you’ve been working on for a while… and sometimes it’s just showing up. Because the support is what is most helpful. Be proud of it all
