BLOX has been a special part of oneC1TY, and we hear you. We understand that change is hard, especially when you’ve helped build something special.

C1TYBLOX has been a beloved part of oneC1TY, and we are honored to have helped incubate nearly 20 local start-up businesses over the past 12 years. BLOX was created as a temporary activation venue, with all tenants aware that the site would eventually be developed. Many of those businesses have since grown and moved into more permanent spaces at oneC1TY and across Nashville.

We love our current and past BLOX friends and hope you’ll continue to see their familiar faces at oneC1TY as we explore the next chapter of our community activation, which welcomes some 70,000 event visitors each season. In addition to scheduled events and the return of sand volleyball in the new project, we are preparing for more daily activities in our permanent open spaces that are available for all of Nashville to enjoy — The Yard, Community Table and Stage.

Crescent Communities and oneC1TY today announce plans for NOVEL oneC1TY, a new 313-unit mixed-use residential community envisioned as Nashville’s Modern Social Club.

Designed around culture, community, and mindful living, NOVEL oneC1TY will bring elevated social and wellness-focused amenities, including a rooftop pool deck, sweeping skyline views, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces.

The NOVEL oneC1TY site is the parcel which now houses C1TYBLOX, which will remain open through the end of the year. As oneC1TY evolves, we are exploring opportunities to carry beloved elements of C1TYBLOX into the next chapter of our community - including through NOVEL oneC1TY’s 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and public plaza, planned to include sand volleyball.”
