We define athlete as anyone dedicated to their sport or fitness. We are class based workouts but also offer 1-on-1, small group, team training, open gym.

D1 West Nash - Meet Coach Will (if you haven’t already in the gym) 👋🔥

From Chelsea, Michigan ➡️ the University of Michigan ➡️ now D1 Training - Will knows what it means to compete at a high level.

🏃‍♂️ Athletic background: Track & Field at the University of Michigan

🥇 Favorite athletic memory: Winning a Big Ten Gold Medal

💪 Why coaching: “Exercising and competing are my favorite parts of life. I love helping others find the same joy in it that I do.”

🏆 Why D1: High-quality coaches to learn from + high-quality athletes to coach

⚡ Favorite workout: Short and INTENSE. He’s a sprinter, so according to Will, he’s got about 3 good reps in him before he’s done

👀 Fun fact: He’s currently chasing his pro running dream with his sights set on qualifying for the 2028 Olympic Trials in the 200m.

We’re fired up to have Coach Will on the team and can’t wait to watch him chase some BIG goals while helping our athletes do the same. 💪
