Us three are done with Cize, in the pocket! Well only two of us did the whole program, the other one played hide and seek and spanked our butts the whole time 😂😂😂 Now it's Shakeo time!!!

Just finished the "You Got This" workout from Cize with my little lady 💪👩👧🎶 Love this program! Already feeling more energy overall from the clean eating, exercising, and Shakeo! Woot! It feels good getting back in this!

It's a long read, but I have to share...
After losing 60 pounds in 6 months in 2015, I spent the next year and a half slowing falling out of my good habits, then spent the past 6 months fully gripping horrible habits and gaining it all back.
I went from being an unstoppable force who helped many challengers and had a successful coaching business, to someone who tried to hide the fact that she had let it all go to waste.
I have a 9 year old daughter and the past few months with her have been incredibly challenging, she was lying and stealing and sneaking food. We had a heart to heart last week and I told her that we would have a fresh start. She would tell the truth and be honest and I would use kind words and be more patient. She told me "Mom, we've tried this before and it didn't work" So I told her that I love her and I'm not giving up on her. Then I asked her if she was going to give up on me. She said of course not 😀
That got me thinking, why is it that I've given up on myself then? How am I any different now than when I was so determined in 2015? The answer is that I'm not any different. I just didn't want to try and fail again. Here's my solution... This time I'm not giving up. I need to be an example for my family and teach them healthy habits. I need to show her how to enjoy food in moderation without it being some guilty pleasure to sneak. I need to hold tight to the fact that I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me!
Here's to not giving up on myself. Here's to making the most of my life and living it fully. And here's to getting back up after a fall!

I'm doing it backwards today. Usually I work out then treat myself with shakeo, but I needed a sweet treat to get me pumped. Pilates once I'm done :)
This is vanilla shakeo, cocoa powder, water and almond milk, banana, spinach, cinnamon, and ice 😍😍😍
Oh dear God, yes! This looks amazing!

Mexican shrimp lettuce cups! Mmmm!
Butter lettuce cups, rinsed.
Shrimp quick sautéed seasoned with chili powder, cayenne, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Quick salsa of cherry tomatoes halved, thinly sliced red onion, lime juice, salt, pepper, and evoo.
Avocado slices.
"Crema" drizzle - Greek yogurt, cholula, and lime juice
Assemble and top with sea salt and pepper. Enjoy (with napkins, because it's messy lol!)
