Neu Pilates focuses on a neutral spine and creating space within the body.

Once we create space and balance in the body, we can connect with our breath and also engage our muscles in the correct order so that we can truly stabilize and stay better aligned throughout our practice.

This approach isn’t done simply to be different but was developed through the lens of watching many physical therapy clients and trying to find the best way to cue their bodies so that they can find alignment with ease.

And honestly… not only does it work, it feels good!
