🏳️‍🌈 All month we're celebrating Pride Month by sharing on the importance of authenticity, kindness, community, and the yogic teachings that remind of these values.

🌈 After class tonight we'd like to get a photo of all our LGBTQIA+ friends.

🗓️ And on Wednesday June 24 our class will be a celebration and fundraiser for a q***r organization (if you have any recommendations please let us know)

💛Sama is a place dear to our hearts.

💛We did a teacher training at Sama in 2019 and have been teaching there ever since.

💛Sama is a donation-based yoga and meditation studio in Arabi with in-person and virtual classes.

💛Sama turned 15 this year and we are celebrating all week in our outdoor classes.

💛All donations collected at Wed and Fri classes will go to Sama to sustain this special place.

💛We’ll also have a special birthday gathering on Friday after class 😉
