🌺 This Wednesday is a very special class!

Twice a year our friend Adrienne Adrienne Edson joins us during a Navaratri, a time devoted to Goddess Durgā, the fierce deity who conquers our limitations, for a class full of energy, power, and devotion. Adrienne will sing and play music throughout the practice. It's always a beautiful time.

Also, it's Kelly and Lee's last Wednesday for a few weeks. We leave for India next week for a month.

But all of our classes will still happen. Ray Ray will be teaching Wednesdays and Adrienne Edson will teach on Fridays.

We're looking forward to seeing you this week.

Bring your friends.

Class is always pay what you can.
